Wordpress 3.0 Admin Post Editor

3rd in a series of Wordpress admin patterns. The pattern is for the Add New Post screen (post editor) in Wordpress 3.0. Please note that while it is most likely feature complete, they are still fussing with it just a little bit, so I may have to fine tone it for the public release. Hopefully for all you devs out there about to crack open custom post types, this should give you a great foundation for quickly wireframing out your new plugin.

WYSIWYG Editor Text Area

I'm sure this pattern has to exist but nothing showed on search, so I whipped one up quickly. 

This is based upon the html view of the Wordpress wysiwyg editor in the post editor. It includes upload of media as well as most of the basic html options. I'd love to do the visual editor version as well, but have yet to figure out an easy way to add to the icon library. If you know how and its easy, just leave a comment at the bottom of this post.

Wordpress 3.0 Beta Admin Post List

I am working with Peldi to put together a set of admin screens for Wordpress 3.0.

We use this to help us sketch out our plugin UI and how it will alter / add to the main admin pattern.

With custom post types on their way, this should be a pretty important addition to the wordpress developers workflow.
